We run routes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays across the Austin metro, and you choose your date at checkout. We repot the day before so plants arrive settled rather than shaken.
Because we would rather not send you a dead plant. Travis County sits inside the federal Imported Fire Ant quarantine, which means moving potted plants in soil across state lines requires federal certification. California, Oregon and Washington add their own restrictions on plants from Texas, and Arizona requires the recipient to hold an approved quarantine enclosure.
On top of the law, there is the weather: Austin is above 90°F every day from June through September. A plant in a dark box on a hot truck is a plant in trouble. So we stay local, and we do it properly.

If any plant fails within 30 days, send us a photo and we replace it free. No restocking fee, no argument.
We only sell hardy perennials — rosemary, thyme, sage, bay, oregano, lavender — so this rarely comes up. We don’t sell basil or cilantro, because they are annuals that die within a season whatever anyone does.
